This Privacy Policy explains how TryOn AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information when you use our website and progressive web app (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account data: name, email address and profile picture from your social account when you sign in.
Content data: photos you upload and outfits you supply for try-on, plus the resulting AI-generated images.
Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, approximate location and interaction logs used for security and analytics.
Payment data: handled directly by our secure payment partner. We receive limited subscription metadata (plan, status, last-4 of card) but never your full card number.
2. How We Use It
- To provide, personalise and improve the Service.
- To generate AI try-on results from your uploaded photos.
- To manage your subscription and process payments (via our payment partner).
- To send transactional emails (sign-in, receipts, security alerts).
- To detect abuse, fraud and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data only with the processors that make the Service work:
- Social sign-in service — authentication.
- Cloud infrastructure provider — database & storage.
- AI image generation partner — image rendering.
- Payment processor — payments, tax and billing.
We never sell your personal data.
4. Retention
Uploaded photos and generated looks are stored under your account until you delete them or your account. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years).
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR/DPDP Act, India) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to processing. Contact privacy@tryon.ai to exercise these rights.
6. Security
We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and row-level security so users can only access their own data. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect yours.
7. Children
TryOn AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
