Welcome to TryOn AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, progressive web app or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use TryOn AI. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Sign-in is provided via social authentication.
3. Use of the Service
TryOn AI generates AI-based visualisations of clothing on a photo you upload. You agree not to upload photos of anyone without their consent, upload illegal, obscene, or infringing content, or use the Service to create misleading or defamatory images.
4. AI-Generated Content
All previews are computer-generated approximations. Actual fit, colour, fabric and drape may differ from the AI render. TryOn AI is a visual preview tool and is not a substitute for real fitting.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans ("PRO") are billed through our payment partner, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also agree to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service. All software, branding and UI of TryOn AI remain our property.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not reverse-engineer, resell or attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it to generate content that violates any law or third-party right.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
